Shipping policy

1. Processing & Delivery Timeline: All orders require 12–15 business days for processing and delivery.

2. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the parcel’s weight and the applicable shipping rates. However, courier charges may vary depending on the delivery location. If the actual courier charges exceed the shipping amount paid at checkout, the customer will be required to pay the difference before dispatch. The additional amount will be communicated via WhatsApp.

3. Delivery: We ship across India from Mumbai.

4. Unboxing Video: Please record a complete unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps us resolve any shipping-related damage claims quickly.
