No Returns/Exchanges: Because these items are custom-made or personalized with your specific photos, names, or messages, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Damages & Issues: In case of any damage or missing items, a clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory. Please share this video with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
